I could not see my booking on the app in my account. And the service reps are very responsive and ultimately resolve the issue explaining that I had not fully validated my account they took care of it for me and now my bookings appear. I really appreciate their quick response and their professionalism in going all the way to make sure everything works for me. Thank you.

Got free entry tickets until 1pm, waited in a long line, in the end they didn't accept the tickets and we need special ones ! Because is a Saturday night!

Used this app to buy tickets to a show in Ibiza and found out at the door they were already used. DO NOT USE THIS APP😪 it’s a rip off
